Ripped off

This app has some great words related to law enforcement. My only issue is when I first downloaded the app the sound was working. Its only been a few days and now the sound is not working. I know its not my phone and I have sent an email to ask for some assistance. I have not heard back from anyone. The only saving grace is I only paid $2.99 for an app thats not working. Please if someone knows how to fix this problem I would appreciate it.
